Due to scheduling conflicts, the Ken Jeong show scheduled for Thursday, October 12th, 2023 has been cancelled.
Guests who purchased tickets on Ticketmaster.com will receive an automatic refund and will not be required to take any action. Refunds can take up to 30 days, but may be applied to the original method of payment sooner. Guests will need to check their original payment to ensure when the refund is applied. If there are any issues with the refund, they will need to contact Ticketmaster directly at 1-800-653-8000.
Guests who purchased tickets in our Gift Shop will need to bring their tickets to the Gift Shop in person to request a refund. They will have until 7pm on Monday, November 13th, 2023 to request the refund.
