5 Upcoming Can’t Miss Performances at the
Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort
As the doldrums of winter turn into the rain festival that is a Washington spring, you may be yearning for a form of entertainment outside the confines of your living quarters. Well, fear not! The Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort has a full lineup of entertainment to turn those rain clouds into… uh… entertaining clouds? Well anyway here are a few highlights:
Chingy with Petey Pablo (March 8th, 2018): You ever said “right thurr” instead of right there? Well, if you are of a certain age Chingy may have played a small role in that. Add in the Grammy-nominated rapper Petey Pablo and you got a great show featuring two titans of early 2000s hip-hop. This duo of dance-friendly rappers will take you back to your high school dance days except for this time no teachers will be coming around with rulers. (Beach Rock Music and Sports Lounge, 21+ Doors open at 6 PM, Show at 8 PM. General Admission $28, VIP $99).
The Coats (March 22nd, 2018): With shows like Glee and movies like the Pitch Perfect franchise, a cappella is more popular than ever. The Coats are a Seattle-based but nationally recognized group that really bring the house down with their full sound and comedic stylings. A capella and comedy are an unlikely pairing, but it works. Their shows are tons of fun and let’s face it, you could use a little more excitement in your Thursday nights. (Beach Rock Music and Sports Lounge, 21+. Doors open at 6 PM, Show at 8 PM. $19).
Girls Night Out with Lindsay Ell (March 29th, 2018): Do you like country music with a little rock/blues vibe? If so, you will love Lindsay Ell. She’s toured with The Band Perry, Luke Bryan, and Brad Paisley but she’s proving to be a rising star in her own right. Also guys: don’t be afraid. It says “Girls Night Out” in the title but no one will blame you for listening to some great music by an excellent musician. They might judge that Strawberry Daiquiri though. (Beach Rock Music and Sports Lounge, 21+ Doors open at 6 PM, Show at 8 PM. General Admission $20 and includes a signed CD, VIP $60).
Washed in Black (April 5th, 2018): This premier tribute band to Seattle music royalty Pearl Jam will make you feel like moshing again. However, please don’t do that. It’s dangerous. This is the next best thing to seeing the real thing live, and (unlike a Pearl Jam concert) you can play a few hands of blackjack beforehand! (Beach Rock Music and Sports Lounge, 21+ Doors open at 6 PM, Show at 8 PM. General Admission $19).
The Lala’s Burlesque Show (April 19th, 2018): If you haven’t seen a Burlesque Show live, you are missing out! If you have seen one, then you know what all the fun is about. The Lala’s are world renown and this will be a hot ticket so make sure you get a seat in advance! (Beach Rock Music and Sports Lounge, 21+ Doors open at 6 PM, Show at 8 PM. General Admission $19 presale, $25 day of the event).
That’s just some of the featured entertainment coming your way this spring at the Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort. Come let us entertain you on the waterfront!
