Spa Experiences
We are passionate about your experience with us. As with everything worthwhile, there are no shortcuts to an outstanding spa experience, therefore all massages and facials are at least one hour.

Please advise our staff of any health conditions prior to scheduling your appointment.
Reservations
The Angeline Spa welcomes hotel guests as well as the public. Advance reservations are highly recommended and require a credit card or gift certificate number to reserve this special time for you. Due to the high demand of our services, last minute and walk-in appointments cannot be guaranteed.
Attire
For your comfort and convenience we supply robes and sandals for use during your spa visit. These are also available for purchase in our spa boutique.
Check-in Information
We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment time to enjoy your relaxation to the fullest.
Late Arrival
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments and are charged at full value.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment please advise us 24 hours in advance (48 hours for multiple guests/multiple guest services and packages). Since we reserve this special time for you and turn away other clients, any cancellations, changes without adequate notice, and no shows will be charged at full value to your credit card or gift certificate.
Gratuities
Our staff is comprised of the highest caliber Licensed Aestheticians, Massage Practitioners, and Nail Technicians. We are committed to providing superior service to our clients and gratuities are not included in our single service prices. 15%-20% of your treatment value is appropriate and can be added to your room, credit card charge, or, for your convenience we have envelopes at our spa reception desk.
Personal Possessions
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to personal articles. Though small lockers are provided upon availability, we recommend that you do not bring or wear jewelry, or any other items of value as we ask you to remove them for your services.
Gift Certificates
Spa gift certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift of health and wellness to someone special in your life. Certificates can be for a specific service of choice or multiple services to enhance their spa experience.
Spa Group Getaways
We would be delighted to customize a spa program to meet your specific needs. A deposit will be required and a 20% gratuity will be added to three services or more per person and parties of 3 guests or more.
Relaxation
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We thank you in advance for turning off all cell phones and pagers and kindly request that children not accompany you for your spa visit. To respect the privacy of our spa guests we do not offer tours.
