Spa Policies

Reservations
The Angeline Spa welcomes Resort guests as well as the public. Reservations are recommended and require a credit card or gift certificate number.

Attire
For your comfort and convenience, we supply robes and sandals for use during your spa visit.
Check-in Information
We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment.

Late Arrival
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please advise us 24 hours in advance (48 hours for multiple guests/ services). Cancellation or changes without adequate notice will be charged at full value to your credit card or gift certificate.

Gratuities
Our staff is committed to providing superior service and gratuities are not included in our prices. 15%-20% of your treatment value is appropriate and left to your discretion. Gratuities can be added to your room, credit card charge or for your convenience we have envelopes at our spa reception desk.

Personal Possessions
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to personal articles. Though small lockers are provided upon availability, we recommend that you do not bring or wear jewelry or any other items of value as we ask you to remove them for your treatment.

Gift Certificates
Spa gift certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift of health and beauty to those special people in your life. Certificates can be for a specific service or multiple services.

Spa Group Getaways
We would be delighted to customize a spa program to meet your specific needs. We can personalize spa services for wedding parties, anniversaries, corporate retreats and other special events subject to availability. A deposit will be required in advance and an 18% gratuity will be added to parties of 3 or more.

Tour Philosophy
To respect the privacy of our guests using our Spa we do not offer tours.

Spa Boutique
All spa products and many other items are available for purchase in our spa boutique.

Relaxation
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation and we thank you in advance for turning off cell phones and pagers.
